In your expert folder you have two sample EAs: Moving Average.mq4  and  MACD Sample.mq4 replace the indicators by your indicator and after some other changes it should work.

There you have all you need for the order management.

Or you search here in the code base or with google for EAs that might be easier to adaopt.
