how to convert .hst to .csv?

I am looking for a free program with which I can convert .hst files into .csv fast and easily. Can somebody help me?

I know only two programs thar create the fxt-files from csv-tickdata-files. Birt's Earview has a mt4 script, you can start from there. You have to google to find it
 
Hello, thanks. Unfortunately, I need a direct solution, i.e. a script or a direct link to a program which can convert .hst to .csv. Thank you very much if somebody can help me.
 
I usually just put it in a platform that i'm not using then open it up in the History center and export as csv.
