EA that trades on the break of a trendline

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an EA which automatically trades on the break of a trendline.

Ideally, it would have the following features:

1) Ability to set a stop loss (in pips from the opening price)

2) Ability to set a target profit (in pips from the opening price OR an actual price target)

3) Only takes one trade on the break of the trendline i.e. won't open another trade if price reverses and crosses back over the trendline

Does anyone know of an EA that meets these criteria or something similar?
