Imagine that the first tick coming, EA will run and decide do something or not, but what will happen when the second tick is coming before completing EA's computing about first tick?

I guess we need to decide it by our self .what to do about that tick ?

No . . . the second tick is missed if start() is still running as a result of the first tick.
