How I get my subscription back from a signal provider that 4 days after my first month he decides to quit for a couple of weeks? In his last trades I lost $105 and now the subcription of $30.

Please help, because I hope you have some way of dealing with these kind of people. The signal subscribed is the" FastWayToMillion". 

The rules allow the provider to quit at any time, your money for the period of the subscription, if not fully delivered, should be returned.Your loses in the trades are the cost of your risk.Trading is risky, and high returns are usually short lived. Not to say it is impossible to maintain high returns, but  it is not the norm. This person took high risk, if highly skilled, maybe not as risky as some think. Risky for you may not be risky to another.I wish you well in your future experiences.
