@whroeder i am just testing it for EUR/USD. the EA has some parameters that are dynamic and are decided in real time by neural networks. i still have not managed to link mt4 with MATLAB so for the time being i am hardcoding the values specific to the currency for better results and hence the particular currency pair.

One thing that i have realized in the past few days is that mql and for that matter any of these high level language are incredibly painful. machine level is so much better :( .The next thing that i am doing is linking mt4 with MATLAB and writing every line of code in MATLAB :D.
Stuff is only painful when you don't know what you are doing . . . I want to create a simple app in Visual C++, now that is painful . . . trying to find the info I need is somewhat hampered by not knowing the correct terminology to search by, and I can't easily search to find the correct terminology
