trading silver/usd with 1:1000 leverage

Hi!
My question is that if the spread on XAG/USD is about 2 per mille and I try to open a position with my whole balance
than the broker will open it and immediately close it because the negative amount of 0,002% spread with 1:1000 leverage is two times bigger than my balance
or it just won't allow me to open any positions?
So let's say I have 1000 dollars than with 0,002% spread and 1:1000 leverage I just can open a 1000/3 dollars worth position what will not be closed immediately?

You have to maintain your margin level above the stopout. And give some place for the market to move.
