Can I force to not unsubscribe?

Hello,

I subscribed to a signal, then the signal tried to do an order on XAUUSD and the journal said symbol not found (Even though my broker has it, I do not know why it said not found) and then it unsubscribed. Is there a way to make it stay subscribed when the symbol is not found?

Also does anyone know why it says symbol is not found when it is clearly available from my broker and I can see it in the symbols window? Why isn't there some mapping settings?

I see you're having problems with this issue. I'll recommend contacting the Service_Desk using your mql5_profile. Go mql5.com >> Click on Profile [top of page] >> Click on Service_Desk [left of page]. It's probably one of those issues where the providers broker symbol_name does-not match your broker symbol_name. Looks like they fixed it for meta_trader5 and hopefully soon for meta_trader4.

You're contacting the service desk to ask meta_quotes [themselves] if there's anything you can do in the meantime.
