all my ea's not working anymore. {please help}

Since a week ago non of my ea"s wants to work.
My ea"s colour has changed to grey, and is unable to attached it to chart.
In the expert folder it is saying the following:

{2013.06.05 14:47:48 Cannot open file 'C:\Program Files\SIGTrader 4\experts\Boss Forexometro v1.1.6.ex4' on the EURUSD,M15}
tools/ options/expertadvisor settings is correct.

I downloaded other terminals and all is doing the same.

All ea"s is working on vps but do not work on my computer 



please help. What could be the problem

 
Don't install in \program files* on Vista/7/8
 

I have win 7. For the past 3years everything worked. The ea's just suddenly does not want to work. I installed mt4 in diffrent locations but stil not working
