   Thanks, Raptor.. angevoyageur explained about the high spreads. I am very conscious of the spread when I trade.  The EURUSD has the tightest spreads.  I am just not used to seeing spreads like this.  I do know that spreads widen considerably on the weekends.  I downloaded data on Friday.  It has been explained to me that the backtester uses weekend spreads when testing on the weekend.
