Your suggestion worked. Now the signals are given with each crossing of moving averages and remove noise alerts. There is only a repainting arrows that appears to be a defect of the indicator, but it resolves  refreshing the chart. Thank you very much for your help and I attached the code to share with the community. This indicator is powerful using with the MACD and Stochastic.
