it can be done?.  Running a script every n seconds.

Yes, first is done with electricity called common (Hz) frequency any, than in hardware ticks, then in bios, than in OS, then in applications, than in scripts. (it is like changing oil o) )

No it can't. A human must start a script.

However, there's no reason why a script must exit. It could be modified to sleep and loop.
