Angular trendline repaints with chart movement....

There is no such thing as angle. Angle mean X and Y (same units). A chart has price and time. Angle make no sense, just like 30 degrees north per minute makes no sense.

The vertical is auto resizing. If you want the appearance of the slope to be constant, set the vertical to fixed units.

Your line is setted by angle, but your chart isn't. By default, it can move horizontally AND vertically.
