Placing custom indicators onto a chart

Could someone please explain how i actually save a custom indicator in Metaquote editor and then actually put it onto my chart??

Have you read the Help on the subject within MT4 ?

Put the file in the experts/indicators/ folder within the MT4 folder structure . . . restart MT4. Open the Navigator ( Ctrl + N ), find Custom Indicators, click the + next to it to expand, find your Indicator and drag it onto your chart . . .

 

i have done but seem to be missing the important parts!! will try now??

Why isn't this standard in the program? Can't you see there is a ton of peole just want this to be as good as the standard rsi, stoch, etc?....
