How to export live data to excel from Metatrader

Say from the history data to excel ranging from one date to current period - basically a range of data

showing opening, high, low, closing, volume of the currency selected. - to update excel every 5 mins a new set of data comes,

considering I am looking AUDUSD 5min chart.

There was an earlier mention of a website in the forum referring to a solution,

but I couldn't open it. so I write again asking the same.

Hi asha24,

You need to perform MQL4 File Operation (click here), here some explanation of them : FileOpen() - click that. Problem is you can't read the .csv when it being edited by other.
