@RaptorUK, there, wfws said tried everything suggested and it's still compiling problem, that's what happened.
@wfws, Where did you put all MT files, are they in experts folder where you install MT or are they in C:\Users\ <your user name> \AppData\Local\VirtualStore\<where you install MT>\experts, coz it's looks like you don't have problem running them - just problem on compiling them.
I actually have no more ideas and totally clueless.
