You dont need it unless your system is a p2 with 64Mb ram

I was thinking in these days that I can use a GPU, time consuming in otimization, for example, would be less than using CPU, because GPU is faster in calculations than CPU.
But it is ok.
It is not possible to use GPU in MT4.
