Support for Client Terminal builds below 416 to be discontinued on June 1

We remind you that starting on June 1, 2012 the support of client terminal builds below 416 will no longer be provided. Therefore we strongly recommend that you update your terminals to the latest build (419).

If you have an older build of the client terminal, but the update window does not appear when you connect to a trade server, please download the latest terminal version from our website at https://download.mql5.com/cdn/web/metaquotes.software.corp/mt4/mt4setup.exe and install it to your terminal directory. All the settings of your terminal will be preserved.

Hi,

I've just joined forum with my problem of build 419 not loading on my computer (win xp sp3, 1.25Gb ram, 1.53 Ghz Processor) tried all sorts with my broker but still won't load. Any ideas?

 
the same thing has happened to me as to JohnR2000 - running fine, upgraded to 419 and now it will only start loading, partial display of some thing then it stops.

Hi,

i am still using a old version 402, and the platform cannot connect at all stated there OLD VERSION at the right of the bottom. When i click on the link above, it leads to a new download but i wish to keep all my previous settings. How am i suppose to do please? And sorry that can i ask what or where is the terminal directory please?
