Importing indicators?
Copy the mq4 file to the experts/indicators folder, restart MT4.
One also cannot account for users not reading the Help.
Copy the mql4 file to the experts/indicators folder. After a restart it will appear in the navigator. Alternatively, open the editor, select Open, select and compile the indicator and it will appear in the navigator window.

Please can someone explain how to import indicators from Code Base and insert them into MetaEditor?
This OUGHT to be a simple intuitive process but one cannot account for software writers... thank you.
