Is it possible to change time on terminal mt4 of chart windows

All i want to do is change on terminal mt4 to my local time ( gmt+7) is there any script or tips, trik

to accommodate it. Because it much easier working with local time.

the time on terminal is connected and synchronize with broker server

Can someone tell me where the time on the charts is originating from, I am in EST and it 12:28PM here and I am getting 19:28 (24 HR) time on charts.
