The currenttime doesn't show the real time... I have attached a screenshot

MT4 shows the server time for bars and all trading times, and server time depends on your broker. The only function which uses local time is TimeLocal(), so if you wished you could create a script which made an off-line chart which got automatically updated (search around the site for this), and then adjust the bars to your local time. As far as I'm aware there is no option to change the time settings.
