It looks like MT4 just keeps a week of log files . . . you can try some file/directory recovery software.
They get purged automatically.
Is there anyway to disable the purging of EA log files?

Hi,
I found out that my EA log files were missing after 1 week. I wish to check whether does MT4 removed the log file after 1 week? If yes, is there any chance I can recover it?
In the first place, have you look in your Recycle Bin? your PC?

How do you know? Only the recycler knows that for sure, mistakenly or otherwise.
And No, it DOES NOT "purge" expert logs automatically. I have mine since August.

From what I can see in my terminals . . . they do, I have 7 or 8 days worth of logs in the experts/logs folder.
Not true.

Maybe it's a Broker specific setting ?
