It does work . . . but not on a Broker that doesn't allow hedging. The first 2 trades placed, one was a buy the other a sell.
I re-ran the test with better data . . .
Excellent Raptor!! Now we know that 8/75 is a bad idea. We could try 75/8... but what happend to me is that the EA opens (most of the time) only 1 trade and in occasions it opens both.. The broker allows hedging.
Ok, but if you said the EA is ok, i will try with an orther broker

zzuegg in my opinion what you said it's all true!!
Spread is the main factor and obviously from that point of view it is better to increase the distance between TP/SL, (thats why i did't suggest 10/20) but.... you will make less trades also..
With 21.5 TP and 38,5 SL (spread 1,5) you need to win 2/3 to break even. I think you can win between 67.3 and 69.3%
so, if TP=20, SL=20, then 20/20=1 ---> 100% probability win? and if TP=1000, SL=1, then 1000/1--->1000% win?

can't conclude much. The above likely to bring only 2 cases perhaps (can try on a strategy tester) - either a straight linear up (if it works;-)) or linear down ;-(
