placing order on open

how do I program my ea to place the order on the open of the next bar only.? The tester is opening the order 0.00073 above the open tick... I want it at the open tick.

any help if appreciated.

 
Mql4 charts are bid charts. For a Buy order you open at the Ask. 7.3 pips is the spread.

so, on a 5 point broker (5 points after the decimal) there would be a difference of 0.00073 in the price... do I understand that correctly?
 
5 point broker is irrelevant. There is ALWAYS a spread. Learn about the market before starting to code. The spread being 7.3 pips is only a guess, since you didn't bother to SHOW THE CODE.
