GBPUSD 1 hour archive?

Hi,

Not sure if any of you experts can help me on this?

Is there anyway of exporting historical data from MT4 into an excel spreadsheet? I would like to export the open/high/low & close from the 1hr GBPUSD chart in the format below,

Date	time close	Open	High	Low	Close
18/08/2010	00:00	1.55715	1.55789	1.55475	1.55495
18/08/2010	01:00	1.55497	1.55580	1.55388	1.55511
