how to post a public messagge

I am a newby to the forum. when I click on the messages to post a new message, I only get an option to select an individual member. How do I post a message to all publicly?

Thanks all. I was trying to send a message and was only getting the select a private individual to send it to option. Thanks again for your help. The picture worked great, qjol. Be blessed.
