Want to make a Expert Advisor with following condition

I want someone to make a expert advisor as follows :-

Buy position when the closing price of a BUY CANDLE closes above the 200 moving average. The stop loss will the the LOW of the buy candle (-5 pips). The Close order will be if the closing price of the candle is below the 30 moving average.

SELL position will open when the closing price of a SELL CANDLE closes below the 200 moving average. The stop loss will the the HIGH of the Sell candle (+5 pips). The Close order will be if the closing price of the candle is above the 30 moving average.

if it works? the code will work for shure i guess .. your idea will work but not so profitabel..

I have to ask my bank manager if there is still space to put so much money, I'm afraid not
 
can you help me atleast in giving me info on how to learn basic in programming in MT4..is there any place for a a non-programmer to learn it..your help will be appreciated..
