mql4 with cyrillic text. Can't read it.

Hello folks,

I'm trying to understand some code. I assume that the comments are written in Cyrillic (Russian).

I tried to open the file with several programs (OpenOffice, notepad++ etc), but the Cyrillic characters are not shown right. What do I need to do?

The file is AllOrdersControl.mq4 from here: https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/1404

I have Vista in english.

I don't understand Russian, but if the characters are shown right, I'll be able to get a translation.

Anybody any input?

Work on a PC with its character set as a Cyrillic codepage, or....

Seek out the EA in its original Russian form and translate by Google or babelfish

And no this isn't a forum for discussing Windows codepages, so please don't ask as post deletion may offend :)
