Conditional Orders

Is it possible to enter Conditional Orders in MT4 

eg

I Trade with the Trend on Pullbacks using Fibonacci Retracements

I  want to place orders at say the 0.0%, 23.6 % 38.2 % and 50 % but not until Price is above the Prices at each of theses levels and catches them on the way back into the Trend

eg

If Price is at the 23.6 % Retracement level

I want to enter a Sell at the 38.2 % level but not until price hits the 50 % level.

If I enter the order now when Price is at the 23.6 % level the order will be triggerred when Price reaches the 38.2% level but if it continues up then I will get unrealised losses until it stops retracing

I want a conditional order -  the order is not entered until it reaches the Prices I enter is reached and then when price moves back in the direction of the trend the order will be triggerred 

 

Maybe I need an EA ?  Was hoping I could do without an EA
