Nope. Brokers for retails traders are closed. Forex market is never closed. Anyway, the result is the same.

Nothing. If you like to test software which supports your manual trading, you need ticks and executions and so on.

OK,  so your question is how do I test the software that I use with my manual trading . . .  what are you using ? Indicators ?  Scripts ?  you can test Indicators in the Strategy Tester,  you can run a Script without ticks.
