Hello.

When i shut down the mt4 Platform,is then the EA Active ? because i cant have my pc 24h running.

No...it shuts down the EA. have a dedicated PC on 24hrs or look at VPS

I don't think a VPS is cheaper than the electricity for running a PC.

Get a cheap used laptop on ebay and let this run 24/7, this won't draw more than 20W, can survive a a short time of power outage, won't make much noise and won't need much room.
