Lower right hand side of the Terminal - is the upper triangle green? Do you have this line in the Journal tab: "xxxxxxxx: login" (where xxxxxxxx is an account number)?

gordon's on the case :) I was gonna suggest downloading and installing meta-trader from another source. If all else fails maybe you could try that. Never hurts to have a second mt4 on the computer.
I will use another server.
