Mt4 not stable with Windows 7 ?!

hi all,


I have faced some problems in MT4 after upgrading from windows XP to Windows 7

I'm not sure if this is related to windows 7 settings, or with MT4 structure.

Note: I have installed the latest Build from Alpari web page.


The problem is:

MT4 starts on the same configuration as it did at the first time start. e.g. all Tool bars get reset; chart show in cascade mode instead of showing the last chart at program close in full page.

I hope it can be resolved by changing a windows 7 setting !

 
It's a combination of both, unfortunately, I not aware of how to fix it. However, I've ran into threads with fixes for mt4 on windows above xp allot more times than I can count. I'm sure doing a search should give you some work-around. Try google first.

i've found

one solution is to run MT4 as administrator, that will fix the new changes.

If the configuration keeps changing then shut terminal down and rename config\terminal.ini
 
My mt4 from Finexo works fine on windows 7 64bit for both admin and guest account. You should note that settings in one windows user account dont apply to all. But once set the settings shouldnt keep reseting.
