It is probably there but not visible in the price range that the chart shows. Put a comment in to print the value of the MA on the chart and compare it to the visible price range.
Mine shows it ok just put your mouse on the price scale to the right and scroll the price axis so it shrinks then the larger MAs can be seen well above or below the price.
It may be the reason is that your metatrader display a number of bars in chart less than 2400 bars, you can adjust this amount of bars in the chart window of the options windows, you may set it 3000.

I'm trying a new Demo with a different broker, but I'm unable to get my setup exactly the same. On a 5min chart, I like to see what the 200HR SMA is(2400 on 5min). The MA dissapears as soon as you change it to around the 2200 mark. The platfrom even allows you to add a 2400EMA, but not the corresponding SMA.
Any Idea why this is happening?
