Missing candles in MT5

Are you using Metaquotes-demo account ? If yes you can write to ServiceDesk. If not you have to ask to your broker why there is missing candles.
Just recently i experienced missing candles from MT5.
It was running fine all along and suddenly the candles started to form halfway then jump to next candle or totally skipped.
Anyone has solutions to this "missing candle syndrome"

Its from a broker MT5. Will do so and ask them.
Im just trying to find out if theres problem with my computer or if its from their server side.
Fingers crossed that the problem is not coming from my computer.

There is this DOWN/UP load data at the bottom right hand of the MT5 platform which reads something like this - (5126/3 kb)
Usually the DOWNLOAD data will be much higher than the UPLOAD data.
But since my candles started to appear weirdly, the DOWNLOAD & UPLOAD data is almost the same. Eg. - (645/630 kb)
I dont remember seeing the upload data that high before.
