Will we be able to convert our indicators and EAs from mql4 to mql5? Also, will we be able to load our own indicators onto the mobile version of metatrader5 which is not possible on metatrader4?

Since the concepts (ie. not just syntax) of MT5 are different from MT4, it will not be feasible to create a fool-proof conversion tool. Some limited tools will exist. Some programmers will offer this as a service.
Regarding the mobile platform - would you really trust your live trading to an EA running on Microsoft Windows Mobile (Windows on a PC being flaky enough!)? I definitely wouldn't.
