Does anyone have a list of ECN MT4 brokers that use alternatives to the BT bridge? (Alpari was mentioned as one such in a previous post) Sadly, I can confirm that, at present, both IBFX and OANDA lack the option for "Instant Execution". Personally, I would not consider opening a trade with no SL set. Murphy's Law dictates that at some point, power fails, or the construction crew digging down the road cuts the fiber optic line, or a rabid gerbil viciously bites your ankle before you can issue that OrderModify. Lack of "Instant Execution" is no small disadvantage.
