Using WTI prices within an EXPERT

Hello freinds, How I can use the WTI prices within my expert and an Indicator, So I can see

signals for trades?

Some choices:-

1) Find out if there is an equivalent for WTI to this for VIX

http://www.cboe.com/publish/ScheduledTask/MktData/datahouse/vixcurrent.csv

and use MTs "read a URL" DLL calling abilities

2) Use MT DLLs to 'screenscrape' a page like this

http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/wti


3) Wait for MT5 that might have this index connectivity as standard
