I am trying to send an email through google's smtp servers. Apparently they don't allow it.

Know of any free mail companies that do allow this?

You can use your own computer to send mails. Just need to install some additional components to your windows (Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows components -> Internet Information Services -> SMTP Service). Then from Administrative Tools you can set up your local SMPT server.
