高盛集团前程序员称曾将交易代码上传到加密服务器

因涉嫌窃取高盛集团交易代码而在上周被捕的该集团前电脑程序员谢尔盖·阿列尼科夫(Sergey Aleynikov)日前向美国联邦调查局(FBI)的一名调查员表示，他曾将交易代码上传到一个加密后的服务器上，并表示他此前一直在“多个场合”使用这台服务器进行工作。

　　据阿列尼科夫向曼哈顿联邦法庭提交的法庭文件副本显示，阿列尼科夫曾在自己家中远程登录高盛集团的电脑系统，并将加密后的文件发送到了一个存储库服务器上，该服务器的URL标识符为“svn.xp-dev.com”。

　　Xp-dev.com由定居于伦敦的Roopinder Singh运行着，他在与该服务器有链接的一个博客上自称为从业于伦敦金融服务业的一名交易系统开发员，这一服务器所提供的服务允许用户追踪当前和以往版本的程序代码以及其他文件。

　　联邦调查局发言人Jim Margolin和代理联邦检察官列夫·达辛(Lev Dassin)的发言人Rebekah Carmichael均拒绝就此置评。

　　美国政府官员此前表示，阿列尼科夫已经于7月3日在新泽西州纽瓦克(Newark)的自由国际机场(Liberty International Airport)被捕。现年39岁的阿列尼科夫拥有美国和俄罗斯的双重公民身份，检察官已经对他提起了刑事指控，称其涉嫌窃取高盛集团的交易软件。

　　阿列尼科夫从7月2日开始在芝加哥科技公司Teza Technologies LLC就职。该公司称，在阿列尼科夫被聘用以前，他已经通过了公司的背景审查，并表示目前已经将阿列尼科夫停职。

　　美国联邦检察官曾在本周早些时候表示，如果被阿列尼科夫盗取的交易代码落入不适当人的手中，则高盛集团在职业式证券交易(Proprietary Trading)代码方面的投资可能付之东流，同时还将因竞争的加剧而蒙受数百万美元的损失。(唐风)
