You can probably use this:

int day_of_week = TimeDayOfWeek(iTime(Symbol(), PERIOD_H1, 1));

int day_of_week = TimeDayOfWeek(iTime(Symbol(), PERIOD_H1, 1));

You have to make sure your history is ok. If local history is empty (not loaded), function returns 0.
