Cannot copy deal - MT5

I am a subscriber of  Nos system I_MT5. There are problems, if the signal provider close a position. I get a massege: position perhaps closed. But the position is not closed, so I have to close the position later manually.

ServiceDesk is trying "to repeat" this error. So, make sure you provide all necessary information to them (just my experience).
