My EA does not work if I use 15 lots, but works with 1 lot, need help

Hi Guys, something strange is happening with my EA. I am using Alpari MetaTrader . I used to use more than 1 lot, to be exact 15 lots, for 6 months, to trade using my EA. But, since last week, if I use 15 lots it will not work, but, if I use 1 lot only it works. I contacted Alpari and they told me maybe the EA is not compatibale with their metatrader. Is it possible? any other problem? I need help. TIA

som very rough ideas...

1. Alpari is a 3,5 sub-pip data feed. just a random thot. Do you allow for 5digits on USD's and 3digits on JPY's ?

2. if you have source code, suggest look at handling regards actuals supplied with OrderSend(), as maybe interesting that 15 is 2digits, is above 10, is ??? - hahaaaa ran out of steam here.

for sure look at code if can else whoever supplied must do, yes?

3. starting from 1lot maybe see how large EA will go up to before bombing out.

4. ???
