Cannot create a demo account with mt4

Hi... i am new here can someone please help me... I was trying hard to create/register a demo account with mt4 but there was no username and no password coming out from the server!!! It says 'please wait a little while....' but it took hours and no answer!! Somebody got an idea? thanks
