Metal like XAUUSD in demo account

Hello,

I have a demo account and would to trade with XAUUSD. I try to create an order or to view the XAUUSD chart but I don't see them.

Normally I can trade with gold also :
For people who understand French : Votre compte de démonstration va vous permettre de trader 5 paires de monnaie avec un taux d’écart de deux points et 4 autres paires avec un taux de trois points. Vous disposerez également de taux d’écarts très compétitifs sur plus de 30 paires ainsi que sur l’ or et l’argent.

I demoed XAUUSD with Forex-Metal broker before going live. Right click "Symbols", choose "Show all", you'll get all currency pairs the broker offers. Choose XAUUSD, right click and choose "New order" option.

if i used this link to download MT4 and did as everything u guided me, i also don't see XAU/USD

i don't know why. Plz help me!
