PROBLEM:

LOW and HIGH >13EMA

If close_price-open_price on bar1

If close_price-open_price on bar2

If close_price-open_price on bar3

then,

( close_price-open_price on bar1)+( close_price-open_price on bar2)+( close_price-open_price on bar3)>0.0015

takeprofit and BUY and SELL .
