publisher not working

Anyone have any idea why the publisher is not working. I have it set to auto-update for 5 minutes. But it is not updating or sending the file to the ftp server. Is there anything im doing wrong?

any help is much appreciated.
 
Check the journal - it should show the error. It's probably either a mistake in your login credentials, or a firewall problem.

Thanks a whole bunch for the help. I got it to work now. I am testing an EA i made live and see how it does in three months. Its first trade was a 32 pips loss..bummber but we have 3 months to go :) I have dedicated a computer just for this EA and will leave it on 24/7 :). If you are interested in update the link is below
