Hello, I cannot subscribe and I do not know why

I entered the login and the password in the Community tab in the MT4.
My leverage is 100:1
Still says in the mql5 signal page that i cannot subscribe because no more than 500:1 is allowed.

To what signal are you trying to subscribe? You cannot subscribe to a signal that has leverage exceeding 1:500
Have you updated your MetaTrader 4 terminal to the latest version? (earlier builds had limitation on subscribing to signals with leverage more than 1:100)
