If you purchased a product by mistake and if you haven't activated your product on MT4 you can switch your license to MT5
Please try the following procedure...
1) Log into mql5.com with your browser.
2) Click on the "Purchases" tab on the left hand side
3) You should find a "refund" button next to your purchase
