What's priced in for the Federal Reserve

No chance of a hike today but the odds rise in the year ahead

The Fed doesn't like those numbers so low.

My best guess is that the Fed is a bit hawkish to preserve the possibility of a June hike. The non-farm payrolls report looks like an outlier.
